I have been working at exp Global full-time (Less than a year)
The people I work with on a day to day basis and the work environment are phenomenal. Boss treats me well and the team as a whole is close-knit, and always willing to teach and help.
Nothing specific, maybe things get a little chaotic and disorganized at times. Upper management can be on your butt about billable hours and productivity, not understanding the nature of construction and seasonal work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at exp Global (Markham, ON) in May-2012.
The interview was very casual. Spoke with HR over the phone about my experiences so far and salary expectations. Very cookie cutter. Then had an in person interview with the VP. It was also fairly easy. No real behaviourial questions. They are engineers and dont really delve into anything else
They offered 50,000 which I thought was very low based on my experience level. I countered with 75000 and ended up getting 58000.
