I have been working at Zayed University full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent, caring colleagues. Am lucky to have a fantastic team who work together very well. Good work to life balance

    Cons

Recent changes have brought a huge change to the work environment and not in a good way. The morale is now very low and there is an air of distrust. It is sad to see a great place changing in this way.

    Advice to Management

You have some superb people working for you please give them a chance to show you that instead of disregarding all that has gone before.
