    Good work/life balance

    Cons

    Divisive political culture
    Mundane work
    Low pay
    Conservatives won't feel welcome here

    Advice to Management

Give your managers and specialists some strategy training rather than busy tactical work that's just about keeping revenue coming into the agency. People are not happy there and they are leaving in droves because the work is dull. Give people freedom to enhance clients rather than load them down with more and more logistics and tactics that are part of a contract.

The political culture is a problem at Wpromote. Unconscious bias training with no evidence for its effectiveness, mandatory diversity training with no evidence for its effectiveness, break room conversations that belittle people who are not politically on the left are a problem at your company. It's enabled by directors and managers that sometimes see the company as a place for left wing activism rather than being a marketing agency.
