- Work was very relevant to what my background was, plus I learned a lot about non-profit think tank through practical experience

Advice to Management
Go to conferences/talks and lunches together more because they are the are team-building and generate a knowledge sharing environment
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Worldwatch Institute (Washington, DC (US)) in April-2011.
The interview was really fun because I got to learn more from behind the scenes at an organization I really admire. I was from out of town so I had to do it over the phone. Unfortunately I didn't go further than the first phone screen since shortly after the first call I was accepted into a MA program that started early.
