I worked at World Courier full-time

    Pros

    - Excellent training
    - Great working experience
    - Nice team, very fast work environment but good colleagues

    Cons

    - Work overload for almost everyone, need more staff
    - Seniority rules for shifs and vacation time - Very difficult to have seniority
    - Almost not room to grow

    Advice to Management

    - The goals has of the company has been set up to be reach in one or two years, sacrificing experience people that will help in the future. In five years you will miss the people you let go. People is your most valuable asset.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at World Courier (Toronto, ON) in March 2018.

    Interview

First a screening call, then a first interview with the manager, then a second interview with the CEO. I didn't get the job, but the process was quite fast, everything happened in the period of 7 days.
