I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at WorkSafeBC (Kelowna, BC) in August 2020.

The process is very thorough and professional. There are many steps as outlined below and you must pass one to move on to the next. At the moment everything is done remotely via Teams.

    1. Initial application
    2. Aptitude tests - reading comprehension & typing
    3. Case study
    4. Role play
    5. Behavioural interview
    6. Reference checks/verification
