    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Woodruff Sawyer (Los Angeles, CA (US)) in September 2019.

    Interview

Be careful if the recruiters from this company reach out as they are very flakey. The first call was ok the second call the head of recruiting didn’t even know what positions were available in the SoCal office. It made me wonder why he even reached out for an interview. I was promised a call the following Wednesday. Didn’t hear back and followed up. Was promised a call the following Monday. Followed up again and it has been radio silence. I understand if they didn’t have a position available, but it seemed unprofessional to promise calls back on specific days and to just completely ignore them. This ended up being a giant waste of time for me.
