    Pros

Friendly and caring management. During covid we still received partial wages demonstrating how the company cares for its employees.

    Cons

    Not many opportunities for growth

    Inventory Associate Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at West Elm (Toronto, ON) in January 2019.

    Interview

I interviewed for a temporary inventory associate. It was less of an interview more of a get to know you. There were four of us that met at the same time with the GM and the manager asked what our availability was and if we have done inventory before. The manager asked if we had any questions and then that was it.
