I worked at Wenco International Mining Systems full-time (Less than a year)
- Great Work Culture
- Lots of engagement with executives
- Being located in Richmond is challenge for those living closer to downtown.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wenco International Mining Systems (Richmond, BC) in June 2020.
The interviewer had extremely poor english skills, along with a speech impediment. He was actually a manager at the company! Only asked basic people skills, and how I managed other people, and mentored other developers. My english was perfect as I'm Canadian, so I aced every single question, but struggled to understand him especially with the distortion from the online interview. Not really a good interview, and it's really unprofessional to have someone with a speech impediment interviewing someone who speaks perfect English Very poorly done, and perfect native English should be be a prerequisite for any management position.
