Phone Interview with HR asking general questions about yourself, what you are looking for in a job and a company and compensation expectations. Three, one hour interviews back to back with different people in the organization (your potential manager, your direct reports, other people in the company). This is structured so that you go to the office, walk through with HR to see the office environment and the culture of the business. Then you meet with the person you would be reporting to who will most likely have the most detailed questions regarding the position, your skillset and knowledge to determine if you are a good fit for the position. Second interview is with your direct reports or people you would be working with regularly; these are questions to get to know about you to determine if you are a good fit to the department. Third interview was general questions about your personality to determine if you are a good fit to the company.
"Without diverse points of view, you're only getting a slice of the pie. We want the whole pie."
At Wave HQ, we celebrate our team and their perspectives, and embrace them for it. To truly be diverse, you need to foster inclusion first - hear it directly from our team!
Thrilled to announce our partnership with Microsoft!
