I am and was lucky enough to go through several screening processes with Wagepoint. I can honestly say I came out of the process learning more about myself then I did about the company! It was such an amazing way to experience a job screening, I cannot express enough how grateful I am just to go through the process, and how much it says about the work culture that Wagepoint is trying to create-its about time that companies take seriously how important it is to invest in your employees, and care about their employees career processes and life. I haave had experiences with Wagepoint where I felt supported and cared for. It makes a huge difference because people's "time" is a very hard thing to put a price on, so if a company is willing to invest in me as an individual and respect my time, as an employee I am going to offer the same back to the company. Wagepoint is for anyone looking for a work culture that actually works just as hard for the employees as the employees work for the company.
Cons
I haven't been able to take a position at Wagepoint because of my life circumstances, but I am really hopeful that one day I can, or be able to start my own business that models that culture.
