I worked at Vantage Deluxe World Travel full-time

Near the train station. That's it.

The worst, most toxic environment I have ever worked in. You're better off unemployed. The owner is about the worst boss imaginable, who changes his mind on a constant basis and then will blame you for doing it wrong (aka the way he wanted it the first time). People get fired without cause at a moment's notice, most employees last well under a year - there's a reason they don't put permanent name badges on the office doors!

    Advice to Management

Not much can be done given most of the problems stem from the very top. Get rid of the owner in a day-to-day capacity and put someone in charge who knows what they're doing.

    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Vantage Deluxe World Travel (Budapest (Hungary)) in April 2012.

Sent my CV to given email address based on a friend`s recommendation. Phone interview was followed by a personal meeting. Personal meeting was 1 on 1 at a hotel. Interview was followed by an evaluation over the phone, cca a week later, when details of possible starting time and conditions were also discussed. Was informed about the final decision another week later over the phone.

    Interview Questions

    • Totally average questions: what are you doing in your current position? what was the biggest mistake you made? how did you solve it? where do you see yourself in 5 years? why would you think you are the right candidate for this role? Tell us something about the company.   Answer Question
