+Small team sizes and friendly down-to-earth people make the work environment enjoyable +Organization heads are very open about the state of the business +Employee freedom is encouraged +Employee

Cons

-More weight on the individual employee's involvement to help keep the business going -Daily VR play is not enforced, play environment and proximity to workspace can discourage use due to potential

Advice to Management

Employee onboarding process could always use improvement, employee expectations were not completely clear from the start and took time to adapt

    I got 30 minute phone call interview with the company manager and he gave me modeling art test for 2 weeks. After finish art test, I got in-person interview in the company office with manager and lead 3D Modeler
