Keep doing what you are doing . The company is heading in the right direction.
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Upstream Works (Vaughan, ON) in April-2018.
Application process took few days. First step is a phone interview. Briefly discussed previous experience, availability, hourly rate. Next step is in-person interview. Detailed discussion about previous projects and technical questions. Last step is online programming test which took 2 hr. Next day hiring manager called with congratulations and job offer. Surprise! Hourly rate in contract was $10 less than that is already negotiated. Such little trick spoiled whole impression about the company. Contract rejected.
