I have been working at UpHabit as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

UpHabit has exceeded expectations and set the bar high for work experiences to come. Team health is a big value here, so there's no shortage of opportunities to interact as a team, despite working from home. The team was great to work with too - super friendly and supportive, and not to mention passionate about what they do. Everyone is open to providing guidance, and together create a great learning and work environment. In our work, we are encouraged to take initiative and try new things, and new mistakes are welcome. Definitely learned a lot as a result! Overall, I had a great experience working at UpHabit and would love to come back.

    Cons

    Honestly can't think of any!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UpHabit in May 2020.

    Interview

The interview started with the invitation to do a short marketing challenge, which led to a phone interview. The phone interview was less of an interview and more of a conversation/culture fit screening. Both steps were helpful in learning about my role and company culture.

    Interview Questions

    • The marketing challenge covered the skills/thinking test so there were no real technical or behavioural questions.   Answer Question
