Leadership changes over the last year and half has resulted in a large number of employee turnover and a loss of the "family" company culture Ungerboeck once had.
Advice to Management
1. Address the company problems openly and don't beat around the bush (ie. mass exodus, employee turnover) The unconvincing justification of these problems is very obvious to the rest of the organization. Lack of communication leads your employees to speculate for themselves.
2. Work hard to rebuild the company culture
The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Ungerboeck Software International.
Applied 6 months ago. Got an email asking if I was still interested. Set up a phone interview. First phone interview time resulted in no call. Got an apology after I emailed them to verify that I had had the correct info. Set up a new time. No call. Niw the recruiter no longer responds to email.
HR does not have their act together.
