    Very caring and stress free environment
    Friendly and supportive team leads and managers
    Embracing educational and technical development
    Payment was always on time
    Very flexible on work time and team leads almost always trusted developers
    Strict on core values

    Cons

    Each year you may expect termination with no or almost least meaningful reason (According to colleagues)
    Sometime you may feel number of members in team are more than enough which can slowdown overall speed
    Some projects were at risk because of weak time estimation and management
    There were some complains on performance evaluation

    Advice to Management

    Use professionals for marketing and system integration. They are core to right project definition which should be delivered on time to market.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Tyco (Toronto, ON).

    Interview

    Phone screening with recruiter: I was asked about my experiences and abilities to see if my background and knowledge fit to the position.
    Interview with HR and technical team lead: I was questioned about my personality as usual to evaluate my communication abilities and see how I can deal with different dilemmas and situations.I was asked to discuss my previous technical accomplishments and experience. I was also given a written test to evaluate my c language understanding level and skills.
