Friendly and supportive team leads and managers
Embracing educational and technical development
Payment was always on time
Very flexible on work time and team leads almost always trusted developers
Strict on core values
Each year you may expect termination with no or almost least meaningful reason (According to colleagues)
Sometime you may feel number of members in team are more than enough which can slowdown overall speed
Some projects were at risk because of weak time estimation and management
There were some complains on performance evaluation
