    Customer Experience Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Richmond, BC
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Trail Appliances Alberta (Richmond, BC) in February 2019.

    Interview

1st step was a brief phone call from an HR person and was standard questions to determine what my experience was, what was I looking for etc. Informed a couple days later I was invited in for a face to face interview with a manager and the HR person.

It was a comfortable experience and both interviewers used a form and selected certain questions to determine management style, behaviour and so on. None of the questions were earth shattering or new. If you have interviewed at all in the past, they're familiar.

Both people seemed at ease and it wasn't a stuffy or pretentious interview at all.

Interview ended on what seemed a good note but there was no response to my follow up or any contact from employer. Ad was re-posted several days post interview.
