Interviews for one position morphed into more interviews for another more senior position. It was a frustrating experience to have that moving target and lack of clarity in the process. As a candidate, it was difficult to present cogent ideas and represent myself inline with the needs of the role when the differences between them require quite different vision and timescales.InterviewMost of the questions were about strategy and leadership style.
