I have been working at TradeRev full-time (More than 3 years)
Senior leadership is driven, fun and down to earth. Everyone in the company is in the same page and wants to win. The parent company KAR has allowed TradeRev to do some great things and has provided ample funds to make sure TradeRev stays on top of the game. Senior leadership also seeks out flaws and addresses them and keeps the entire company from top to bottom in the loop.
Over all TradeRev is a great company, fair pay, great benefits, awesome leadership many of which have been here since day 1.
Most of the people at TradeRev are great to work with and passionate about what they do.
Pay plans for sales change pretty frequently. There is always a difficult adjustment period for a month or 2 after the change but they have always made adjustments to the plans if they are not fair.
Outside sales is not given as much opportunity to experience the fun things that are going on in the office and can sometimes feel a bit secluded.
Advice to Management
Look for ways to bring the fun to outside sales. Its a high pressure fast pased role. A quarterly budget for districts to get together and do something fun might be an idea.

Feedback was positive but found candidates more aligned with current.and future needs. Not sure what it meant. Maybe salary, maybe somebody didn't like you in the interview.
