    Pros

Love working at this company, lots of opportunities to grow and an amazing culture. Lots of freedom and no micromanaging when on the road!

    Cons

Only con would be it's cold outside when working outdoors, which isn't the company's fault!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TradeRev (Toronto, ON) in April-2018.

    Interview

The role starts with mobile task due to my skill set, so the questions weight on mobile iOS more, with some full stack necessary knowledge. Also many personality questions from HR.
There is a code challenge which is not easy to make 100% done with concern cases taken care.
The technical questions focus more no hands-on knowledge and experience, other than theoretical things.
There was constant communication with HR, either phone call or email. And they presented warm feeling during the lengthy process.

    Interview Questions

    • Question on top of my coding test. There was a small bug to fix on site.
And questions on why I handled code in a certain way on some parts.   1 Answer
    • An basic algorithm question. manipulation of common data structure.   1 Answer
    • Some basic database question, how to design the table in the given context.
And basic architect question on how to structure code /class/ function in a given context.   1 Answer
