I decided to leave my last role as a finance manager without having anything lined up. I left the role due to an extremely toxic environment, zero growth and a manager who kept gunning for my head. Never left a role previously without anything lined up, also have a pretty solid resume. I have an opportunity at a massive company (over 100k employees) but it’s a senior analyst role, so essentially a step back in my career in terms of title. Do you think I should go for it or wait it out?

For those who work under major banks, what do your employee discounts look like? I’m not talking about free bank accts lol, that should be mandatory, but more or less like auto, electronic, gym, and hotel discounts? We literally have intro discounts that are from vendors that give non employees the same exact discounts in the mail, for example Hello Fresh 65% off your first order…. I can literally check my mail and get the same discount without being an employee lmao

InterviewI applied on indeed on a thursday (sept 7) did a screening the next day with HR. & the following week i had my second interview with the manager & was hired on the same day to start working a few days after. I’m expected to start monday, they don’t work weekends & it is now friday with no email with my onboarding information. the interview process is quick & easy , but the after waiting on equipment & supplies hasn’t been the most organized.Interview
