I have been working at Toronto Pearson full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great culture, growth opportunities, benefits plans, compensation, work/life balance, job security

    Cons

Less than ideal commute, unionized environment has limitations, poor/remote location

    Advice to Management

Ensure there's enough work to go around at all times, familiarize yourself with the Union agreement, enable more collaboration among departments

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toronto Pearson in June-2015.

    Interview

Applied online. After two weeks, I have received a call for a phone interview. There was no heads up about the phone interview, just got called and had to carry the interview. The person who interviewed cut me off couple of times and she did not really sound enthusiastic about the process. I did not feel that I was respected as a candidate who took my time to apply for the position I was interested into. I thought it was a great company but based on the brief conversation with HR, I am now not sure if I would want to continue this process.
