    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thinkific (Vancouver, BC) in March 2019.


    There were several stages of the process. Firstly, submitting the application, which was very thorough, which was great! I felt that I could definitely leave my mark and show my personality and experiences through all the questions. Next up was an assignment that required me to answer a few questions as a simulation for real-life customer support. It was a fair assessment and had 40 minutes to complete it. After that, I had a phone call with 2 people from HR, which also went very smoothly. I answered many questions about my past experiences, my learnings, and more about myself, elaborating from my CV and application. Lastly, I had an in-person 2 hour panel interview which in office. It was also yet another good interview and felt more like a conversation where we went over my university and work experiences. Overall, I really enjoyed the process and felt that Thinkific was very quick to respond after each step. From the moment I applied to the moment I accepted my offer, it was a total of 3 weeks. I am very pleased!
