    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at The Conference Board (Toronto, ON) in August 2013.

    Interview

Two interviews and a test. The first interview was with a senior staff member and a hiring manager. They were interested in personality and experience. The second interview was more technical, and was with 3 senior staff members (Directors etc). At the end of the second interview I was asked to write an essay/test.

Interviewers were very nice. However, it took while before they got back to me with their decision (3-4 weeks).
