I have been working at The Badminton & Racquet Club of Toronto part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The B&R is an amazing little family, all the staff and membership are tight-knit and supportive. HR is amazing and very attentive and caring and will make sure you're satisfied as an employee. Upper management can be a bit detached, but that's expected. Any accommodations, all you need to do is ask. Vacations and personal time are encouraged. If you're a hardworking contributor and a team player, it's noticed and appreciated.

    Cons

At least for part-time work, the hours can be a little late on some shifts.

    Advice to Management

Continue to let your staff know that they're appreciated and they'll continue to do their very best for the Club!
