I have been working at Teradici full-time (More than 5 years)
The company is very open with information and very collaborative. Not much time for politics here.
There is always more work than our current staffing levels can handle. It makes prioritization very critical because we can't do everything that we should.
Advice to Management
Continue working with the consulting group on improving company culture.
I applied online. I interviewed at Teradici (Vancouver, BC).
It was an in-person interview, with questions about hardware such as switches followed by behavioral and coding questions. It started with basic questions such as " what are your strengths and weaknesses?" and then went onto some basic networking questions and finally about command prompts, debugging and writing code on paper.
