Advice to Management
Keep on as you are doing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sue Ryder (London, England (UK)) in May-2018.
Very smooth process. I've been invited to the 1st interview within a few days from the closing date for the post, was interviewed the following week. My 2nd interview was a week later. The offer arrived 2 days after the last interview.
