I have been working at Sue Ryder full-time (More than 5 years)
I work with some some nice people for a charity that looks after people near the end of life.
Don't know where to start...doesn't feel a safe place to work. Standards, morale and training don't exist now especially over the last year. Five years ago this was an ok place to work, but now I am looking to move as soon as possible. Over half the clinical staff have left in disgust and the place is torn apart. Also staff told not to tell the truth about changes in service even to other health places in the area.
Advice to Management
Please move your head office out of London where none of your centres are based and use the money to pay for a proper, safe service.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sue Ryder (Saint Annes on the Sea, England (UK)) in September-2015.
I was interviewed by the Regional Manager and her Deputy about my previous work experience in the retail industry. As I'd previously worked for other charity organisations, I knew what was expected in this type of job.
