I worked at SterlingFreeman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible Schedule, but that's about it

    Cons

Late on Paychecks. One year after leaving, I'm still owed money. I probably will never see it since Michael Sterling left Tucson, left no forwarding address, and only communicates when he wants me to take down a negative review of his company.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees... on time and for the full amount of money they are owed. You claim, "I always pay." But... you don't.
