I worked at St.George Bank part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company to work for. Good benefits, treat their employees great and very reasonable.

    Cons

As I was leaving, they were combining with Westpac so not sure if the culture is still the same.

    Advice to Management

Keep that original idea of having happy employees because it shows in the service which was your bread and butter.
