Interview
There were 3 interviews, first one with HR, second with a Senior PM and final interview with a General Manager and Director of Engineering. If diversity and inclusion is important to you, you won’t get it during the interview process. Now to the interviews, for me personally, the interview wasn’t the best one I’ve had yet but the questions were things I knew but couldn’t communicate because I wasn’t comfortable throughout the interview experience as a POC and woman but other than that, it was a pretty average interview process and If you’ve been a PM as long as I have, you’ll have no problems answering the questions.InterviewDo you have any experience managing fixed price budgets?
