I have been working at Solace full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Efficient team, 330 employees total that's selling a global product.
Fast paced software development environment. Usually no road blocks, very streamlined.
Rare overtime or after hours work because working hours are productive. Although there are crunch times before quarterly releases.

    Cons

More work than people to do it. This is a good thing, indicating a growing company with expanding capabilities. But means more responsibilities for the individual, so must keep up.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Solace.

    Interview

30 minute technical interview over Microsoft Teams. Interviewer asked questions about Java and JavaScript. Good learning experience but questions were difficult. Interviewer was very kind and there were no HR questions.
