Great work-life balance! I work for leaders who really care about me and my well-being. I love the fact that SoFi really lives its values, They are working toward the world's best culture and I can see the changes they are making to really get there, The pay is great and the benefits are amazing as well.
Cons
You do not see a lot of diversity in their top leadership, but they are striving to make changes with this. I'm excited about the new VP of DEI & Talent Management they just hired. Hopefully, he will bring about the change we need with our hiring.

Interview
The process was simply great. I started with an interview with the Senior Corporate Recruiter, who allowed me to express my experience, and skills as well as explore more about the position, and company through questions that I had the opportunity to formulate. After this, I received information about the process, with very useful resources, that helped me to understand everything about the process. Through the interviews with the Hiring Manager and the rest of the team, I received additional information, all the interviews were on time according to the schedule, and at any moment, I knew what should be expected in the next steps. In summary, this process had been the best that I had had the opportunity to participate in. SoFi takes seriously the hiring process.Interview- The reasons why I would like to work and develop my career at SoFi - How my experience fits into the position, as well as the added value I could give. - Other questions always centered on my experience and skills.
