    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Snapdeal in September 2014.

    Interview

Two telephonic interviews followed by one face top face interview - You would usually get a project at the end of the first interview to check presentation and logical thinking ability. Always negotiate on the salary since they usually have some leeway. They would ideally give you a week to prepare for the presentation. The presentation would be reviewed before your next interview and only doubts on the presentation clarified. I had this conversation over the telephone.
