    Flight Coordinator Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Canada
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Skyservice (Canada)

I interviewed in the summer months for this position out of YYZ. I had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager and hiring coordinator, then a second interview with the same hiring manager and the VP. All the questions were standard and as to be expected, and they left me thinking things were looking good. I did find though that any communication outside of these interviews was very difficult and took longer than expected to get responses. Further though, after my second interview with the VP I never heard from the company again. Not even a thank you for your application or interest, nothing letting me know they'd moved on to other candidates, nothing at all. Rather unprofessional in my opinion especially since I went through two interview rounds with them.
