Application
I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Senacor Technologies (Nuremberg (Germany)) in December 2013.
Interview
Interview was planned quite good and precise, lasted 6 hours from 12 till 18 with few coffee-breaks. At first there was introduction from the management for few people including me. Then two technical interviews and one common.

Reasons for Declining
The salary was not so good, not interesting tasks and finally I've got a better offer from another company.
