    Interview

Initial conversation was on phone and was pleasant and professional. Invitation for panel interview received. First impression was that the culture felt tense and as a team the seemed to struggle in welcoming me to the interview (Heads down, remained seated, left it up to me to warm the room, which I did try to do). The experience left me questioning a few things about working there.
I didn’t hear back by when they mentioned so I followed up.
