I have been working at SE2 full-time (More than a year)
Benefits are good, coworkers are great.
Lack of communication. They say you can advance but in reality there is no where to go. Jobs posted do not give you pay scale so you do not even know if you are making a move up or not until after HR gas notified your manager which can create problems. They are short staffed and seem to have a hard time finding employees. My guess is it's because of their very strict hiring guidelines. I understand the privacy but that's a lot just to work in a call center. Se2 is strictly a call center. Nothing more nothing less.
Advice to Management
Better communication to staff. Better training practices for new hires.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SE2 (Topeka, KS (US)) in March-2018.
The process itself went rather quickly. I had my phone interview and face to face on consecutive days. Two weeks later received an offer. Began the background check process. To which I was informed I my offer would be rescinded due to owed child support.
