Owner-broker IN Charger
I understand the search for a job being a Real Estate Professional for over 22 years. I've done BPO's, Property Management, Property Acquisitions Management, Rentals, Loss Mitigations, Mortgage Default Specialist, and I still can't seem to find a niche.

I have 30 years real estate admin (a combo of residential, commercial, REIT, loan coordinator, closing coordinator…) looking for a remote or somewhat close by job 32137. Open and eager to learn on the job and do what needs to get done. Title is not important but compensation is a little more important…min $20 per hour. Trying to think outside the box as things have changed so much. Any ideas or leads anyone? Please and thank you in advance! Debra

I applied online. I interviewed at Royal York Property Management (Albania) in Feb 2023
InterviewI'd heard about RYPM from friends, I'd checked out their ratings as one of the best companies to work for and so I submitted an application for a part-time leasing coordinator. I am called for an interview where I am informed that they're not actually looking for anyone working part-time and that I'm overqualified for an entry-level position as a leasing coordinator. [so why did you call me for an interview?] However, the interviewer said she would rediscuss my application and get in touch in case a position more fitting for my experience and qualifications was made available. One month later, I get an email in which they announce they were "thrilled" to offer me the position of Leasing Coordinator, full-time, in return for compensation that was half of what we had discussed for a part-time position. What felt more disrespectful was that it was simply a template email with no customization whatsoever as to the specifics of our discussion, nor to amend the huge discrepancy between our talks and the actual offer. Shocked, I ask whether there was a bonus scheme or any career prospects that could justify the lowball offer and when they wanted me to inform them of a final decision. I am informed that that was the standard salary anyone would get for the first 4 months, [no details as to what happened after those 4 months] and that I'd need to inform them within 3 business days. Hard as it was for me to accept the terms, I eventually decided to accept the offer since, obviously, I'm just a human with bills to pay. I inform them within the given timeframe and..... I never heard back from them.Interview
