    Pros

Rooof has been one of the best companies I have worked for. You get the freedom and trust to organize your day and your work as you see fit. You are encouraged to take risks and make the best decision for clients, teammates and company. Working at Rooof also comes with a great support network. If you have a question, there is always someone who is ready to help!

    Cons

Rooof loves innovation which sometimes means that processes and projects change quickly. You must be able to go with the flow and re-prioritize daily.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rooof (Victoria, BC) in August-2017.

    Interview

Their hiring process is to conduct a phone interview first before you get the chance to meet in person. It was a typical impersonal HR interview which I'm not fond of but I guess it's important to them to feel you out. Some of the questions were trying to bring up negative experiences that I might have had in the past and how I dealt with them. I didn't have that many so felt those questions were hard to answer. I was on the phone with them for about 20 min.
