I worked at Robosoft Technologies full-time (More than a year)
1.You'll be into good project, which would be helpful for your future.
2. You'll learn lot of new things in the project .
3. Office location is too good.
1. They will deduce 10 % from your gross pay as a variable pay, which they won't give you.
2. Lot of local politics.
3. hike is based on your project and the Management.
4. 3 years bond.
Advice to Management
Stop playing the local politics and try to change you're business policies and rules.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robosoft Technologies (Dakshina Kannada (India)) in February-2017.
We had three rounds, first one was aptitude, the second one was solving the puzzle and programming and the last one was HR/ Technical.
Aptitude consists of sections such as English, quants, general knowledge and logic.
puzzle and programming round consists 8 questions including 2 programming questions.
The last one was HR/Technical round with normal questions.
