Mission: To help our clients achieve their goals and solve the pensions crisis. We are responsible, open and clear.
I have been working at Redington Ltd. full-time (Less than a year)
People legitimately care about others here and will always seek out doing what’s right - meaning personal conflicts are drastically reduced, political dramas are kept at bay. People are also VERY intelligent so decisions are made fast and people come up with proactive ways of doing things!
Having grown from a small company the inside ‘click’ of senior managers is a bit intimidating and impenetrable imo so it’s easier to feel unappreciated or undervalued.
Advice to Management
What worked then may not still work now - culture changes are needed to continue the awesome work and growth plans
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Redington Ltd. (London, England (UK)) in March-2015.
3 stage process with each stage at the Redington offices. The first round was a face to face interview with a Vice-President or Senior Vice-President around your background and reasons why you are interested in this industry/firm. Second round was three back to back interviews, with two of them being two senior employees interviewing you on more technical questions and the third interview with an HR employee on skills and competencies. Final round was one last face to face interview with the head of department and a presentation (which you prefer beforehand) to several members of the team followed by questions.
