    * The speed at which we change can be overwhelming sometimes
    * The communication between development and customer support could be better (something we're working on extensively)

    Advice to Management

    Don't stop listening to and caring about your employees. It's refreshing to be made part of decisions and empowered to do the work that we do without micro-management and being given the autonomy and trust to do what is best for our clients.

    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ReCharge Payments in September 2020.

    Interview

    A recruiter scheduled a 15-minute phone screen with me to discuss my background and opportunities. However, the recruiter had no interested in my background and didn’t want to keep a conversions. The recruiter spent only 20 seconds introducing the company, all the information can be found on the homepage of the company’s website. She didn’t provide anything information about the role, its responsibility or the team. Then she started asking questions but only expected me to answer yes or no. She had no patience to hear my work experience and interrupted me multiple times. Finally, she ended the call after 7 minutes. Although there were still 8 minutes left, she didn’t give me any chance to ask questions.
