I have been working at Rand Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been employed with Rand for just over 4 years. Its been a great experience, my coworkers are easy to work with and Rand is a great company to work for. The company values its employees, and shows it through internal staff promotions and recognition. The company provides tuition reimbursement, has a great medical plan and savings plan so I feel well taken care of. The company does some fun stuff, like our fitness challenge and office luncheons. I feel challenged and have the opportunity to learn and grow. I also feel fortunate to have forged some wonderful friendships here at Rand.

    Cons

I honestly don't have any cons for working with Rand.

    Advice to Management

Keep on including employees in the direction of the business and recognizing employees and departments for going over and above the call of duty.
