I have been working at Rainmaker Entertainment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Rainmaker has been around for a long time, so:
    - Their pipeline is very solid
    - The work is quite chilled and relaxed
    - People are very cool and easy going
    - You get free chocolate milk, coffee, milk for breakfast
    - Food if you stay late
    - Beer gatherings every Friday
    - and overall just a cool vibe.

Also, the project I'm working on is pretty cool and just lots of fun.

    Cons

You don't get payed for OT, but... you also don't get very much of that ;)

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rainmaker Entertainment (Vancouver, BC) in August-2014.

    Interview

I had a phone interview first and was asked to come by the studio for a one on one the same day. Met with the producer, it was a friendly and casual interview, I felt immediately at ease. They understood I couldn't show some of my previous work until it was released. I was given an offer the same evening
