Pros
compensation has historically been very good. Tech stack is modern and outages/alerts are few and far between. Core values are great, work/life balance is good too.
Cons
Eng culture is rude and inconsiderate. They are mainly engineers that were promoted mostly for their first people management roles without any real EQ or organizational management background and definitely no training. Significant Layoffs twice a year. If you are from the CEOs hometown in Ireland, you have a shot at leadership. otherwise, you will be following their lead or you'll be eliminated. No one will read this because it is unlikely the company will be hiring anyone.

Interview was quick, efficient, thorough and I was impressed by the folks at Qualio I had a chance to meet.
