Advice to Management
Don't ever change.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Pure Octane Talent (Mississauga, ON) in March-2017.
I applied for this job online, and got a call for interview the next day. I arrived at their office at Mississauga 10 minutes prior to the schedued interview time. I reported to the receptionist who was polite, and asked me to wait and filll-up a one-page form. The form had few basic personal questions such as name, if I have a personal vehicle to travel, if I am eligible to work in Canada etc. There were two more people waiting for the interview. The office is small but neat and clean. 4/5 chairs at reception for people to wait. I understood that the interview was going on at one of the three rooms they had in the office.
My turn came aftter about 20 minutes, and the interviewer came out of the room to welcome me. There were another lady inside the room (from Pure Octane), who did not ask questions. The gentleman asked me few basic questions and asked the reason for my interest in the company. He looked at my resume and asked about my past job history.
Then he went on to describe what the company does, and the selection process. The overall experience was good. Both the persons were gentle, polished, polite and friendly. He concluded the interview giving me a chance to ask questions if I had any.
Later that day I got a call to have a second interview. I went for that the next day, at one of their clients' stores. A lady was present, and showed me how they work practically. I had an opportunity to ask as many questions I could ask, and the lady patiently explained everything to me. I found that was a positive experience.
A day later I got an email for a third interview. I went for that, and the same lady at store explained the work process, management rules, policies and procedures. Then I was haned over the employment agreement to sign and return next week should I wish to join.
I am thinking to join next week. The overall experience was good.
