Interview
I found Properly to be a place for very smart and ambitious people, and I think there is a lot of potential in terms of growth.
HR is extremely friendly and professional. They follow up in a timely manner and keep you updated as to the next steps of the interview process.
In terms of cons, I did not have a good experience chatting with the Hiring Manager, and that conversation left a bit of an "aftertaste". I also don't think the job description matched the position they were trying to fill in, so that was confusing.
At the end of the process, they offer feedback from the manager, which I requested but never received.
Overall, I think it is worth applying and going through the process, especially if you are applying to any other team rather than Marketing and can connect with the team on a personal level.InterviewTell me about yourself Why do you want to work here
