Pro-Demnity Reviews

Pros
Staff are really knowledgeable on liability insurance and there is a high degree of specialization by field. Everyone is professional and helpful. CEO is accessible, and there are monthly staff meetings, so you know what's going on. Leadership really cares about Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity. Last year they rolled out The Total Rewards Program, and management is pretty transparent.
Cons
This is an organization that specializes only in professional liability insurance, so it's great if this is what you love to do.
Company Updates

Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) is a core tenet of our Board, Management and Staff. We marked Earth Day in April with a neighbourhood clean-up, and collected 3 bags of garbage. Just doing our part to help beautify our environment and support clean, green spaces.

For National Truth and Reconciliation Day, our team came out in support of residential school survivors and their families, and we helped to raise awareness of how Every Child Matters. In addition, our Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity and Belonging committee arranged for a presentation from a representative of the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation.
