Pros
The culture at Port 443 really is amazing and really is as great as it comes across in the interview and online. There are great people with a very diverse range of abilities and thoughts. It really is a strong team and community across the whole company. Sure the snacks are great, but it's really the people and fun work that have made the difference for me. Work Life Balance is incredible and very different than I've seen anywhere I've worked before (in a positive way!!!!)
Cons
While not everyone is a fan of being 100% in the office, I do like it. I can see how that isn't for everyone though.
