I worked at Plowman Craven full-time (More than a year)
Great place to learn and a very friendly group of staff who always aim to help as best as possible. High profile projects.
High staff turnover
Organisation of survey equipment
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Plowman Craven (Harpenden, England (UK)).
Good atmosphere. Didn't feel like interrogation. As I had some interest in process and projects they are doing, I asked about it, and I was happy with answers. Had asked about my experience, as I had 3 years school revit practice and around 1 year real life, didn't feel like that school experience really mattered. But anyhow I got the job, cause I was convincing and I could show examples of my previous projects on google.drive.
They just asked me how much sallary I want, so I asked 25000 first, but as I understand it was two low I asked for raise in next 2 months
